ando, always respected your views and posts and far be it for me to be giving you advice, but if I were I'd keep my finger close to the BUY button on this one, the Germans want this project to go ahead and have come to realize that it not going to happen with P.B. at the helm so I think they will vote accordingly, I do not believe that this time around it will be a close call and when the BOD learn of the pending results they will elect to walk away rather then release the results to the market to tarnish their names.
