not sure I agree Chass. Not in BCPE's interest to vote for dilution... According to company, the intent here is to move the stock out of 'penny dreadful' category. Agree that SP performance has been terrible. Absolutely no support as no trust yet exists with a foreign entity owning 80%. Hence the need for directors to make a statement with their own coin...
