reading the last CZA announcement gives me the impression they have first dibs on any expansions so Jury will have his work cut out in this regard. CZA are going great guns and seem to be making every post a winner. They also have rail allocations locked in. I wouldn't be too concerned about port capacity yet though as they have a lot of boxes to tick before that becomes relevant.
