    Have you heard the phrase, "might as well just keep it". Just because someone doesn't take up your offer doesn't mean they're optimistic about the situation. I'm a shareholder, trying to be optimistic, but the situation smells from both angles and I don't know what to think of it. Just want to get to a resolution so we can get over it, as i'm sure everyone does.
