thanks for posting @siciliavin, this vindicates JK in so many ways. While we knew that ATO was a personal matter all along, it makes the whole situation very awkward for AFR, ASIC & ASX. Questions need to be asked, one that stands out for me is
1) Why did the ATO target JK, under who's direction? Was any data shared breaching JK's privacy?
