It's pretty clear that ASIC or ASX have been in touch with the ATO and tried to throw JK under the bus. The ATO took the info and attacked. Then they got reality and had to back down, tail between legs. I'm guessing that last ditch effort by the ASX or ASIC was it. They've run out of plays now and it will slowly lead to ...........
