one of my very first posts on ISX ASX was basically to that effect.
why would ISX have instigated legal action knowing what they have and what the ASX have....if it was going to be over in a month with a slap in the face to ISX after ASX pulled out their "smoking gun."

The fact this was not over in a few months is revealing.
