Clearly we have something of value but they have no urgency to acquire it. If we have the weaker hand we need to try and manufacture the urgency.

From the majors strategy viewpoint wouldn't they be trying to delay as long as possible any attempt at making a play for our assets. They know BUL has basically zero funds-starve us of oxygen. Hopefully 2Johns have a plan for this.
