As for STO, they're not COI big brother, but rather the robber baron waiting to make COI an offer they cant refuse. STO et al love Gas Shortages - it ensures that the "greens" will have to come to their senses or risk losing the now comfortable armchair socialist middle class supporters, when the blackouts, job losses, and industry closures create enduring hardship. Reality doesn't negotiate, it dictates. Meanwhile COI SH have an anxious 12 -24 month wait ??
