With $69mil of revenue in the first quarter, growth in the loan book continuing and the NZ acquisition I would expect full year revenue to be somewhere between $290 and $300 mil and an EBITDA OF around $62 TO 65 mil. That means it is selling at 2.5 times EBITDA.
