The way I read the announcement, Telemed co is in administration, so no cash will be coming to STI.
Funny how this wasn't previously announced. I don't know the rules 100% but I thought if a subsidiary was put into administration, the shareholders would need to be notified.Was the MD address to shareholders the required announcement on this subject?????
