I’m sure all the treating physicians have their ‘suspicions’ on patient outcomes. However, blinded data is just that. The whole point of data being blinded is because of the placebo effect, it is real and unpredictable.
I’ve seen numerous trials where initial ‘anecdotal’ data was positive only for the trial to fall flat. That’s why it’s ‘anecdotal’ until unblinded.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m long and hope that we are sitting on a blockbuster, I simply don’t expect meaningful extrapolatations to come from double blinded data - successful trial or not.
