Tragore: You are, of course, sadly correct that the drugs already on market "don't actually do much".  In fact they sadly do precious LITTLE of real value.  To have a slightly less 'value-lacking' medicine about should of course not be the end-aim in the fight against AD -  JIMHO, of course. But even another (almost doing nothing) medicine might become a REALLY BIG commercial success...

That will be a good scenario for ACW share-holders but not necessarily a great scenario for AD sufferers.  JIMHO.

Time will tell.
