The only mention of the independent report in the AGM presentation is this:

    So, what @FraserJC said:

...is entirely false. Just as false as when people believed that ASIC had nothing to do with the suspension simply because ISX claimed that ASIC didn't direct the suspension. I think it is thoroughly disturbing that people haven't learnt anything from the mistake. Have you read the report in its entirety? No, so why have you made the false statement.

The main logic is this, do you think that the independent report is entirely favourable to ISX? Many of you would say yes, which would be understandable.
If it is favourable then *caps for visibility* WHY IS IT THAT THE REPORT HAS NOT BEEN RELEASED TO THE MARKET? Especially when the report has presumably been completed. It is alsousefulto note that the only mention of anything about the report in the entirety of the AGM presentation is only a QUOTE OF NOT EVEN A FULL SENTENCE OR PARAGRAPH BUT INSTEAD PART OF A SENTENCE. Part of a sentence that is so vague that people are making guesses. Now I think people need to use their intelligence to infer as to why that is the case. I have already expected this to happen:

It is useful to note that the independent reviewer has absolutely no power to force ISX to do anything. So the independent reviewer could only work with whatever is given to them. If ISX never disclosed the key contracts, which is at the centre of the whole predicament to the independent reviewer then they would not be able to indentify anything due to the omission. This is why the whole report would have to be released to the market in its entirety.
All in all the quote is entirely useless, absolutely useless. I dare ISX to release the report, if not then that to me indicates that ISX is being disingenuous at best.

Probably because the ASX is blocking it? Very unlikely because if that is the case ISX would have already mentioned it.Also you have made another false statement, the ASX merely gave ISX a list to choose from, the ASX DID NOT APPOINT THE INDEPENDENT LET ALONE TELL THE INDEPENDENT REVIEWER WHAT TO DO. Everything from the appointment to the material to review is decided by ISX. The ASX merely gave a recommendation/direction for ISX to follow, whether they do it or what and how to do it is entirely up to ISX.

So why is ISX not releasing the report?
