Assuming nothing has changed with the gold assets (and no indication it has) this SP values the cobalt component at about 1c/share - or less than $5M in total!!

Goes to show the dangers of doing joint ventures when the other side doesn't hold up their side of the deal.

Hopefully the CNJ directors will salvage some value for their shareholders and take the albatross from around BAR's neck by folding CNJ into BAR with a straight scrip for scrip issue takeover on recent weighted average prices. BAR should be making the offer now of not already and if CNJ directors don't accept it they should be sued when things go pear-shaped for their shareholders!
