With initial plans to prove & sell AVZ, he may of signed the dotted line and when push came to shove and Ferrari were asking for $$$, i think he was somewhat forced into a dramatic sell for $3M.
KE was ready ro retire before AVZ, but what Geo in sny walks of life could pass up an opportunity to explore an asset like Manono, its literally a freak deposit!! I just dont think at his age and finanacial position, bringing a company to operations is in his retirement plans. I think he's happy to pass the reins on to his daughter Sheena, and enjoy his retirement.
