The letter from FBR I thought had some good short term measurable goals for 2021. Very easy for share holders to look back on in 12 months and put ticks or crosses against. As for buying land to build on. This is far better than some of the many other things that FBR have burnt money on. At the very least, the land is an asset that is highly unlikely to drop in value. More likely to make money on that land.
