The positives and savings to the builder is huge as opposed to conventional build by utilising HX ,the question is how much is FBR charging ? Even if FBR is charging a premium and save the builder 2 weeks on the speed of construction , that would still be very attractive especially to a project builder. The only problem I can see is , the structure could be standing for months before other trades get to start on it as there will be a massive shortage of good trades available unless builders recruit foreign labour or really focus on training our youth . If this occurs next year it’ll just snowball from there as builders will be forced to use HX just to stay competitive. Exciting times once this occurs.
