    Because not every shareholder was expecting/or happy to have their funds locked up for two years. Receiving the shares in 18 months works for me, they will be in production and LLL shares should be priced accordingly but if an offer comes close to current market value, a distribution of funds gives shareholders access to their fund now and the choice to purchase on market or use for any other purpose
