    Good announcement. No complaints.

    Sounds like a balanced approach to the LLL holding. If they don't get a good offer for company by March they will hold LLL till escrow period.
    Reducing corporate costs to SFA, BOD fees reduced, and terminated all Morilla staff.

    Good trajectory.
