I think it more they are looking at offers for our assets rather than us looking at assets to buy into. If they were looking at assets to buy into you can be sure they would not have reduced management and BOD fees IMO.

Either we get a good offer within a few months, or they distribute the cash and keep the LLL holding until able to distribute.
