    Haha Clearly couldn’t find an auditor to sign off on audited annual report and solvency without doing this.

    What happened to the several quarters if funding they had available through Mercer Street? Haha they wouldn't deny access to that an effectively bankrupt them would they? Lol No they wouldn't do that

    Wonder how long before Mercer Street close in them for defaulting.
