I agree. Since Kronos days there has been a lot of backsliding, mostly due to the re-engineering and expansion of the plant and the need for continuous funding. May have worked better if they had completed the smaller plant and had a small income. However they would have had higher level of waste products, I assume. 20/20 hindsight. lol
