Look guys - you've just gotta laugh - it's Monty Python Project Management. The basis or bedrock of Project Management is to deliver a project on time, within budget and at an acceptable quality.

Monty Michael hasn't yet been able to grasp the basics, but he is fumbling his way forward. In October he implemented a cost containment program. That could possibly, be managing budget - but I doubt it. The biggest cost is salary for the Sydney based people, not the one or ones based in Newcastle. He is, as I write, assembling an experienced project team. That helps. But yawn we're a long, long way from actual delivery.
