My take after listening to the preso today
Comet Ridge ltd
Queensland and NSW (going nowhere in NSW).
Basically a CSG play in Queensland.
Doing horizontal wells, much higher production rates.
Reducing drilling cost and on production asap
Possible some sandstone play, tight with low porosity 6 to 8%. Want to drill with N2, I would just use air as cheaper.
Best prospect is called Albany. Already flowed gas in 95. Early formed structures.
Drilling before end 17.
$3.5 million for 2,800m wells.
Good preso and might be worth buying once drilling sandstone timetable is announced. Need to confirm possible Albany size.
