Polskafc - this has been an unloved "winner" for the last few years.
Till they actual get a project moving - it'll continue to get the market attention its received for the last few years.
I'm a holder - an unimpressed holder to be more specific - when they achieve something then I'll give them a pat on the back.
If you're buying - it'll go lower - always does - then it'll spike to 20/21 and then slowly gravitate back down again - beautiful 5/6 cent trading range.
