If you look at the bottom of the announcements to the "About Altura" section, you can see BoD change their language in the Ganfeng Offtaker announcement from previous.

It was: "The Company has completed a Definitive Feasibility Study on a potential Stage 2 expansion to 440,000tpa, with a Final Investment Decision due in 2018." - maiden shipment announcement (09 Oct)

Now it is: "...with a Final Investment Decision due following a review of the Stage 1 operations and ramp-up to nameplate production. " - Ganfeng offtaker update (09 Nov)
