Seems overly generous given the share price performance of late. Why is he taking fees to be on the board of the Phils company. Thats just part of his job. I wonder how this could have been different if he had lost the vote. The strategic direction spelled out by Welker (focus on cost control, dividends and buybacks) seems the better course of action. Seems like only Welker knows how to even execute a buyback, there hasn't been one since June.
