There is no CGT because it's the same company with the same ACN number and the same beneficial holder. Another beat up - just like it was going to take 2 months to clear it. If you look at the ASX announcements it was cleared up within 24 hours. VGI a reputable company? This shameless outfit have shown they really are liars and market manipulators
