You would have to think it is bad news re their PNG assets - does Osaka Gas have an out clause if the deal is not completed within six months of signing? They desperately need that Stanley license from the govt. and shareholders need that announcement.
No income from their NZ producing field for five months from July to Dec is not good either but surely that will start producing again by mid-Dec.
