    It's not the end of the world. This will list on an overseas exchange so shares will still be tradeable. Merchant sees value in pursuing this listing and marijuana seems to be the next hot sector.

    To me, as long as the shares are tradeable, there is no need for me to take a lowball price to sell now.

    The price of 16.5 is possibly to let "desperate" sellers to offload.
