I think that might be a bit too strong, never the less I am voting against some of the items in the meeting. I'm not a fan of rewarding office holders before performance is demonstrated. I'd be all for issuing options (@ $nil) subject to the share price (per share) getting over $1 for example.

Also I'm a bit under whelmed by the delisting prior to establishing a foreign listing. I think shareholder security is more important than the cash burn.
