Good opportunity to buy a bit more. The hype is off the charts for the whole region and even if it doesn't replicate CHN, still a bit more upside pre-drilling at this price I feel. I can imagine people getting restless and selling if the permit takes much longer, but obviously hoping it is right around the corner.
