Whole Mn ore market is on the move, including 37% Mn ore out of South Africa, due to GEMCO supply issue.
Interesting to see OMH are restarting tailings retreatment operations at Bootu Creek mine. Shows they think Mn Ore prices are in for a good run IMO.
Could also mean Bryah Basin Mn Ore production is under consideration. BYH/OMH JV has several deposits now covered by granted mining leases with shallow ore at/near surface so a start to operations using mobile plant would not take long to initiate. This year is the time to get mining underway and fill a little bit of that big gap created by GEMCO.
