OMH don't appear to "stray too far off the reservation" so they wouldn't see the need to buy out BYH. Their deal includes being appointed as selling agent (code for 100% offtake) once they get into production.
As long as BYH 's share of any production is sold to OMH at "arms length" that's a win for BYH - cutting out the chance of being fleeced by the traders.
