OMH would only be interested in the manganese asset and they already own a controlling interest and will get more as the project goes along. The ore will need to be trucked to port when it is mined and with the current price that is simply not economic. E25 are a good example, they have stopped selling their ore as it just loses money in the current environment. They may buy out BYH's minority interest and some point in the future but I dont see that happening any time soon.
