The AVL BFS was somewhat disappointing from my perspective as an AVL shareholder - not a total disaster but certainly nothing to "write home about" and I'm not alone in that assessment - it certainly had a mixed reception by those who posted on HC following its release.
IMHO based on what I read I would not be holding out hope for funding of mining operations by AVL in the short term so BYH can access their mineral rights. Of course we have scant details of what is proposed, where will the tailings be, how much processing will be required, will AVL processing in anyway impact the minerals BYH has access to.
