Dean must realise by now that continuous announcements without a pathway to a producing mine is not going to cut it and for nearly every announcement the SP gets punished more. DRE are in need of a fast proven economical mine under a JV agreement within a short term to stop the erosion, imo Dean is not hearing what the market is telling him and should hit the shallow gold as hard and fast as possible and call in some favours from all and any of his connections before the company can no longer raise any more funds at a reasonable price causing extraordinary dilution. At this stage the naysayers are beginning to make his integrity and ability look questionable.
