And there I was, secretly hoping that they'll pull out (due to any reason), and we'd have it all back to ourselves, now that we're not a $10M company anymore and can afford to spend the cash on it ourselves.
But then again, plenty on the go without the Nickel, so probably makes more sense to have it JV'd (with a Major) than not.
