The terms of our J.V are favourable to us in ways that make rationalisation important for the gold project to go ahead.
We should at be able to leave all other assets in VMC vehicle and also get some scrip in RXL.
Mkt cap of VMC will hold steady and we will essentially have shares in combined RXL.
