This is undervalued and going under the radar. I've been invested in DRE for a few years and have entered here today.
I went to line wipe 17c and it instantly filled and reloaded at 17c. Seems that someone wants out for whatever reason and it's capped there for the time being - maybe that's why it is so undervalued. With an MC of $27mill, i can't imagine there will be enough shares available to keep it at this level for long. The next door neighbour has consolidated their grounds today and VMC are the only player left in there.
Looking at the map and those fault lines, the REEs could easily follow on up the faults on VMCs grounds and they going out for a look in the next fortnight and had $5.5mill in the bank last quarter.
Definitely worth the punt IMO. Go kick over some iron stones...
