If there was a Creasy, or Twiggy, or Gina type of investor hovering around DRE, then all it would take is a couple of million in buy orders over a few days to change the complexion of things here. What we have instead is the reverse, a large offloader.
There are other companies with less going for them, with backing, that have some pretty good and rewarding price spikes.
