Apologies, I forgot to share this with the forum ...
The United States are aware they need more rare earths ... and quickly ... so they plan to hoard up a stockpile of rare earths. They don't produce much themselves, so they have to get it overseas. China has quickly responded with "you're not hoarding it from us ... we're going to take care of our own".
So where do you think the United States are going to get their stockpile of rare earths from?
