I am here because I own shares in HLX...MHC only has about 140 million shares on issue, 72,000 cash? and a small loan facility...but to me it is sheer madness to raise money by issuing (with shareholder approval) 600,000,000 shares at .005 to raise $3,000,ooo? now over 700,000,000 shares...…..look at the share price now , raise would have to be at least at over .01 cent...the company can also still issue up to about 21 million new shares without shareholder approval under its capacity to raise money?...they need to come up with some better ideas ,I for one will not vote in favour for a .005 raise...what do the top 20 say?
