I think we must be very close to news of a deal. JB hasn’t been casually working regular business hours while in Kinshasa. He has been burning the midnight oil with the lawyers over there. Lawyers don’t work after hours like that unless there is an impending transaction. JB has rushed back to Kinshasa and has been working almost non-stop it seems and even chose to stay on until the last possible flight to catch the AGM.

After spending 4 days and nights in Kinshasa with the lawyers, I would think that any documents drafted would then be presented to the legal team for the other party to the transaction for their assessment. I would expect that process to take 1 to 3 business days. We will know more when JB gets back but I don’t think he spent so much time out of hours with the lawyers over there if there were no deals on the table. JB says he is “looking forward” to letting us know about the recent “activities here in Africa”. I am looking forward to it too.
