Hmm honestly I can't understand how you could possibly make an informed judgement when you barely understand what lepidolite is.
It is a mica. Currently we don't have the technology to extract the lithium from micas in an economical way. Lmax type tech may change that, but right now it is worth very little. Spodumene is by far the best hard rock lithium mineral and is the only one that will produce battery grade concentrates from my understanding.
Combined with a resource that is tiny I.e 300m strike, tells me it is not worth the capital expenditure to develop.
All imo, the one thing I do agree with you on is to DYOR.
