Apparent to me and everyone knows :

-One shareholder , Green Bull, sent out information and SP go from 4c to 6c.
BOD let that opportunity out of hand.

-Few announcements with price sensitive Yes from BOD but the SP been glued at 4 - 5.

- Don't want to say BOD don't know what is price sensitive means.

-Don't want to say mgmt get full time payroll for doing the part time job.

Suggested Consider at AGM :

MLS really needs the adviser appointment . ARV done this.
Or
Management Board appointments . Many companies done this and Sp shoot up.
