Agreed, I think it is important to remember that corporate deals aren't made at Day Trader prices. The former are made by the experts on underlying risk adjusted value, the latter is just the marginal trades with a few thousand dollars being put up by a punter.

This deal show a management team that is more committed to long term value than attracting a bunch of day traders to the register. I am happy to back such management any day.
