Clearly AVZ is working on achieving binding agreements.

People should research a little and not be entangled in pop-legalism, there are many kinds of MOU and it boils down to the language in the agreement.

There are legal remedies for breach of binding MOU, in fact any. (the issue is, is it worth pursuing)

Non-commercial DFI lenders are likely bound by a strong and just jurisdiction. As can be seen in screenshot letters of intent non-binding have been signed. So the worry warts can assume binding LOI as term of phrase would be adopted. Now if that is not the case, bear in mind MOU can be binding it all depends on terms of reference. Finally people should desist from fretting in any case as the issue is understanding what administration is required, and I see very little conversation on the mining code requiring evidential identification of sources of funding. So a binding MOU for mining license is enough, it’s not about a hope and whim of achieving finance—its a step for acquiring the mining license. And financiers need the Mining license and a BFS + SEZ.

    Correct if wrong
