If indeed that is the case...then we can already conclude the case outcome.
The powers that be wouldn't have pushed for an early DRC SCJ decision if they thought it would be adverse. They just wouldn't risk it.
It clearly has to be a favorable one so that the AVZ DD gets all clear.
